Wrap Sliders
One of our new favorite recipes. Tried it a couple times now and figured I should share it. Plus it happens to be super easy.
Ingredients
1 lb ground burger
1/2 lb bacon
1/4 onion
McCormick Smoky Montreal seasoning
Butter leaf lettuce
Directions
Cut the bacon into small pieces. Chop the onion. Place the burger in a skillet and season it to your liking. When the burger is getting close to being done add in the onion and bacon.
Serve with butter leaf lettuce.
I like sauce with mine. In true Utahn style I put a little fry sauce on the lettuce before putting the meat in. I’ve considered trying pickles, or relish, with it. I’ll try it next time and post an update.
